If a promo code does not apply due to technical issues or incorrect entry, you may choose not to proceed with the booking. Promo codes cannot be applied after a booking has been completed. Travopool.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a promo code is deemed invalid, you may proceed at the regular price or cancel the transaction. The final price displayed at checkout represents the total amount charged, and no discounts will be applied retroactively. Bookings may be cancelled if a promo code error is identified.

Airline Booking Terms

Rules, Changes, and Pricing

All airline tickets booked through Travopool.com are subject to the applicable airline’s Conditions of Carriage, fare rules, and policies. The contract for air transportation is solely between you and the airline. Airlines reserve the right to change schedules, aircraft, or cancel flights at their discretion.

While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate fares and flight information as provided by airlines, errors may occur due to technical or human issues. If an incorrect fare or service is displayed, Travopool.com or the airline reserves the right to cancel the booking prior to payment. If payment has already been processed, a full refund of the charged amount will be issued.

Frequent Traveler Programs

Frequent flyer miles, reward points, upgrades, or other loyalty benefits may not apply to tickets booked through Travopool.com unless explicitly stated by the airline.

Code-Share Flights

Some flights may be operated by partner airlines under code-share agreements. Check-in, baggage handling, and onboard services are generally managed by the operating carrier. Please verify details directly with the airline listed on your ticket.

Hazardous Materials

Passengers are prohibited under applicable aviation laws and regulations from carrying hazardous materials—including explosives, flammable substances, and corrosive items—in checked or carry-on baggage. Limited exceptions apply for certain medical and personal-use items. Violations may result in penalties, including fines or imprisonment.

Prohibited Ticketing Practices

Airlines generally prohibit ticketing practices such as hidden-city ticketing, point-beyond ticketing, and back-to-back ticketing. Tickets purchased using such methods may be cancelled by the airline without refund. You are responsible for any fare differences, penalties, or claims resulting from such practices.

Flight Coupon Usage

Most airlines require flight segments to be used in the exact order shown on the ticket. Failure to use segments sequentially or to cancel unused portions may result in forfeiture of remaining ticket value, subject to airline rules.

Taxes and Fees

Government taxes, airline-imposed surcharges, and applicable fees are either included in the displayed fare or itemized at checkout. Taxes are calculated at the time of purchase, and any subsequent increases imposed by authorities are the passenger’s responsibility. Additional fees may apply for baggage, seat selection, changes, cancellations, or paper tickets.

Agent-Assisted Waiver Requests

Applicable fees vary by fare type and route.

Refund Conditions

Hotel Booking Terms

Check-in Requirements

Guests must present valid government-issued identification and a credit/debit card or cash deposit at check-in, as required by the hotel. Deposits are separate from payments made to Travopool.com.

Occupancy

Most hotels allow up to two adults per room. Additional guests may incur extra charges payable directly to the hotel.

Late Arrival or No-Show

Failure to check in or notify the hotel of a late arrival may result in cancellation without refund, in accordance with the hotel’s policy.

Changes and Cancellations

Hotel cancellation and modification policies vary by property. Some bookings may be non- refundable or subject to penalties. Guests are responsible for reviewing the hotel’s specific policy before confirming a reservation.

For prepaid bookings, changes—if permitted—may require cancellation and rebooking at a new rate. Travopool.com is not obligated to issue refunds unless expressly stated.

Disability and Accessibility Needs

Guests requiring accessibility features or accommodations must contact the hotel directly prior to booking. Travopool.com does not guarantee accessibility services.

Room Preferences and Special Requests

Room preferences such as bed type, smoking or non-smoking rooms, connecting rooms, or special amenities are subject to availability and hotel discretion and are not guaranteed.

Pricing Accuracy

Mandatory Hotel Fees

Displayed room rates generally exclude resort fees or destination charges, which may be collected directly by the hotel at check-in. Travopool.com charges cover only the base rate, applicable taxes, and selected amenities.

Rental Car Booking Terms

General Conditions

All car rentals booked through Travopool.com are subject to the rental company’s standard rental agreement, which must be accepted and signed at the time of vehicle pickup. Travopool.com is not a party to this agreement.

If rental pricing or booking details are displayed incorrectly due to a supplier error, Travopool.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse the reservation. If payment has already been made, a full refund of the charged amount will be issued.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum rental age: 19 years
• Drivers under 25 years may be subject to a young driver surcharge
• Additional drivers may incur extra charges
• A valid driver’s license and a credit card in the driver’s name are required at pickup
• Specific car models are not guaranteed and are subject to availability

For retail price rentals, Travopool.com is not the merchant of record. Your payment card guarantees the reservation, and the rental provider will charge you directly at the time of vehicle pickup.

Taxes and Charges

Rental companies collect and remit all applicable local taxes and fees based on the pickup location. Travopool.com pays these amounts to vendors and is not a co-vendor of record.

Airport Parking Booking Terms

Travopool.com acts solely as an agent for featured airport parking providers. By booking parking services, you enter into a direct contract with the parking operator, subject to their individual terms and conditions.

Booking Requirements

• Provide vehicle make, model, and registration number
• Bring your booking confirmation or reference number
• Present the credit card used for booking
• The person signing the parking contract must be the authorized custodian of the vehicle

Important Conditions

• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival
• Damage claims are considered only in cases of proven negligence
• Claims are not accepted after the vehicle has exited the parking facility
• You must follow the arrival and entry instructions provided in your confirmation email

Travopool.com and the parking provider are not responsible for missed flights or delays caused by failure to follow booking instructions.

Parking Pricing & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Charges may appear from both the parking provider and Travopool.com
• Rates may change but will not affect confirmed bookings
• Vehicles may be held until all outstanding charges are settled
• Cheque payments are not accepted

Parking Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be processed through Travopool.com
• All bookings include a non-refundable booking fee
• Refund eligibility depends on the parking provider’s policy
• No refunds for unused parking periods
• Management and Maintenance Service (MMS) fees are non-refundable
• Parking services may be cancelled due to strikes, space limitations, or technical issues beyond our control without liability

Cruise Booking Terms

Pricing Details

All cruise prices are quoted per person in GBP (unless stated otherwise), based on double occupancy, and exclude airfare, port charges, government fees, and taxes unless specifically included. A non-refundable processing fee applies per booking.

Cruise lines may impose fuel surcharges payable prior to departure. Prices vary by ship, sailing date, stateroom category, and departure port. Travopool.com is not responsible for supplier pricing errors or omissions.

Passenger Name Accuracy

Passenger names must exactly match the traveler’s official identification. Name corrections or changes may result in additional fees. Contact Travopool.com immediately if any corrections are required.

Baggage Allowances

Baggage limits are set by the cruise line and may change without notice. Guests are responsible for confirming baggage policies directly with the cruise operator.

Special Requirements

Cruise Cancellations and Refunds
