Visa & Schengen Guidelines – Refund Policy

Tickets booked through Travopool.com are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Refunds are only possible if allowed by the airline’s fare rules and if we successfully obtain a waiver from the supplier.

To qualify:

  • Travopool.com service and booking fees are non-refundable
  • A per-passenger, per-ticket processing fee may apply
  • If a provider declines the refund, any applicable post-ticketing service fees will be returned within 21 business days

Airline Refunds & Credits

All refunds and future credits follow the airline’s rules and procedures.

  • Service fees apply per passenger, per ticket
  • Booking fees, post-ticketing fees, and agent service charges are non-refundable
  • Fees are shown in your local currency at checkout
  • These fees are in addition to any airline or supplier penalties
  • Government taxes and charges are included in your final quoted total

Special Service Requests

All special services are subject to airline approval and must follow their policies. Examples include:

Name Corrections

If the name on your ticket does not match your passport or ID, documentation will be required.

Visa / Passport Denials

A denial letter from the embassy or authority is required.

Baggage Claims

Keep baggage tags and receipts for any loss or delay claims.

No-Show Cases

Written explanation and documents are required.

Denied Boarding

Submit proof of the denial reason from the airline.

Duplicate Tickets

Provide copies of all tickets with identical itineraries booked through Travopool.com.
