Damage charges vary based on the nature and extent of the issue:
Light Damage
Minor scratches, small dents, paint chips, or loss/damage of keys, accessories, or documents.
Tyre Replacement
Damage requiring a tyre to be replaced with a new one.
Serious Damage
Any damage beyond light damage or tyre replacement but not classified as a total loss.
Total Loss
When the vehicle is damaged beyond economical repair or is declared a write-off.
When you return the vehicle, our staff will inspect it with you present.
