General Information

• Service fees are shown in your local currency at checkout.
• Fees are based on passenger type (adult, child, infant, senior, student, military, etc.).
• Service fees are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may qualify for a refund of transaction fees.
• Cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable.
• You will only be charged the final total amount confirmed at checkout or by our agent.

Bookings That May Include Additional Fees

Some bookings require extra handling and may include higher service fees, such as:

• Up to $37.50 per passenger for online holiday package bookings
• Up to $150 per passenger for online first-class or business-class flight bookings
• Up to $75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city flight itineraries
• Up to $30 per passenger for bookings originating from high-fraud risk cities
• Up to $41.25 per passenger for bookings involving different travel dates or nearby alternative airports
• Up to $150 per passenger for online cruise bookings
• Up to $75 per passenger for unaccompanied minor tickets

Contact Center Booking Fees

Bookings made through the Travopool contact center may carry higher fees due to the complexity of agent-assisted reservations.

• Fees may range from $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger
• For senior travelers, fees may be up to $93.75 per passenger
